The current economic climate is challenging conventional ideas, forcing changes on people that are uncomfortable, and forcing people to rethink their investment ideas from the bottom up.
More than ever, other people are after your money. Whether it’s governments sneakily devaluing what your money in the bank is worth, or scammers trying to mislead you with too-good-to-be-true offers. As for personal privacy, that’s a thing of the past in most of the world. Which is very bad news.
My mission is threefold:
1) To help people protect assets they already have against multiple threats, by advising on effective offshore asset protection and investment through watertight legal structures.
2) To help people not just survive the recession, but prosper. Uncertain times create big opportunities. I aim to be the bridge, the trusted link, between free thinking individuals and those opportunities.
3) To help people understand that real wealth is not just measured in financial terms. Health, family and lifestyle all contribute to well-being. Life is to be lived to the full!
My career started protecting the assets of the super rich and helping them legally avoid confiscatory tax regimes. But now I am more focused on point 2 – because I believe globalization and modern communications have truly empowered the individual to become a sovereign entity, regaining stolen privacy and escaping unnecessary bureaucratic controls and regulatory burdens.
Bottom line: I am a great optimist. My clients are going to become very wealthy over the next few years. We will not just survive the downturn, but prosper!
